Shipping, Payments and Returns

At Oh La La we use USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) to fulfill your shipping needs. All orders for in-stock merchandise that are placed before 3pm PST, Monday thru Friday, will be processed and packed the same day that your order is placed. We will ship your order as soon as payment is received, which usually only takes 1 to 2 days with credit and debit cards. If you are paying by check we will ship once your check has cleared. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your order.

Due to high demand, certain items may be temporarily out of stock or may take longer to be shipped. You will be notified within 48 hours of your order if an item you’ve ordered has a shipping delay.

Payment Options:
Oh La La accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as Visa and MasterCard debit cards. You can also pay for your order using Pay Pal or by sending a check to: Oh La La, 1523 South Garfield Place, Kennewick, WA 99337.

Returns and Exchanges:
Oh La La will happily accept returns on most merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept returns on beauty or bath products of any kind.

Due to demand and pricing, all fashion clearance items are sold as is final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on clothing or shoes. 

We will exchange or issue you a full refund for merchandise that is returned to us in original condition. Final sale items, including End of the La, cannot be returned. Please contact us at orders@shopohlala.com for further information.

Standard Shipping--$6.95:
Orders that are shipped using our standard shipping service and that are within the 48 contiguous states usually arrive 3-7 business days after shipment. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will take additional time. We ship direct from Washington State. Orders of in-stock merchandise made in the Pacific Northwest usually take 1 to 2 days for delivery.

Priority Shipping--$9.95:
We offer also offer USPS Priority Mail shipping if you need your order faster. This service usually takes 2 to 3 US mail days to be delivered. Please allow 24 hours for the order to be processed.

International Shipping
We use USPS Priority Global Mail. The cost is $12.95. We currently ship to the following countries:
